Hmm, that's hard to say. Sometimes I see stories that are just "Hey this shop in this small town sells some alternative..." There was TV coverage by the Lexington crew because of the "Hahn incident..." (familiar?) An ecig legislation "win" was almost news on WRTV6 in the Beech Grove smoking...
Hey gang, we're trying to have our web meetings more regularly now. Remember this is where we make plans for meetups and more.
The dial-in info is: (309) 944-9515, Guest Access Code 348 0309
We'll have a link to the web conference soon I believe.

Thanks man, I appreciate your insight. And now that I read that and think about, yes, awareness is at the root of it. Which leads me to thinking about "the club" and what are our goals with it. General public awareness...

Thanks for the heads up Steve (even though I missed it from not being on ECF often lately.)
I'm curious about your perspective on getting some THR/ecig related media exposure. It seems like its very hard to make it news. I thought I had something after the channel 6 guy tapped my shoulder at...
Just a tip for a vapor ring contest. The surrounding air needs to be very still.
I can send one all the way across the room in the right conditions :D

My opinion on Indy Vapor Shop is that he has quality hardware and a large selection of it, but his "house" liquid leaves a little to be desired. He does carry a few "big name" liquid lines as well.
They are GREAT people and know their stuff.

Hmm, well I'm a fruity/tobacco vaper so not too well versed in the deserty stuff. But, I also really judge a juice by it's "mix qualities." Is it 50/50, is there too much or too little flavor, stuff like that beyond just the actual taste.
That said I really like Vapor......com lately. Not...
I forgot to mention that not one single person spoke up in favor of the smoking/vaping ban. Which is good, but leaves me wondering where the hell were the ANTZ man?
hmm.

Am I the only one that didn't know e-cigs were not in the Lawrence smoking ban?
Lawrence smoking ban passes common council
I need to go read this legislation.
Will, dude, you did great man trust me. You should see the bloodbath that was the Indy ban. I was shaking like a .... too. The point is that you told a heartfelt story about how vaping has changed your life. Out-of-touch city officials need to here that stuff man, it matters. Thank you for...

Dear [Beech Grove] Council Member:
On behalf of members of the Consumer Advocates for Smokefree Alternatives Association (CASAA) who live, shop, and/or work in the Beech Grove area, we urge you to amend General Ordinance No. 24 to remove “the use of an electronic cigarette” from the definition...
Hey Will, yeah I was just BS'n about the Provari : )
Joel is a nice guy. I stopped by that same day after you did and grabbed some cartos, decent Boge's. I'm sure I'll see you at the meeting and maybe we can go have a vape and a beer afterwards.
Okay, back to prepping something to say at...
Perhaps we can discuss at the next web meeting, since there isn't much to discuss for the next meetup.
We need to be cautious that a story doesn't turn on us, but I do want to try to do it.
