The 25r's are as good as it gets. The rest of that is marketing crap. A good 20 amp battery (like the 25r or HE2) will do around ~70 watts per battery.

You'd be lucky to have 3.7 volts when you press the button with a .2 ohm load. We are also ignoring the resistance of the mod itself. The reality is closer to 18 amps. Of course how accurately measured is that .2 ohm coil? So yes, you should have some room for measurement error. Vape safe out there!

As far as I know they are all 20 amp max discharge besides the vtc4, which is 30 amp. Also at 0.2 ohms, you are OK with a 20 amp battery. Below that you need the VTC4.

The electronics. Really its the inductor used in the regulator. They often emit a audible squeal when they are working. I doubt its an issue at all....

I have a cheap DMM. And cheap leads. Likely they are .1 ohms themselves. So I cant accurately measure low sub ohm coils with it. If I got some better (thicker wire) leads, it would be much more accurate....

I have a blue kayfun lite. With a single coil I had on there (forgot the specs) I was happily vaping at 13 watts. I put a 28 gauge dual coil ~10 wraps each at .9 ohms, and it didn't do much at 13. Its happy at 20. There is a lot of wire in there, and it needs more power to even vape. At 20 watts...

I have a DNA 30 clone, and it does seem to do this. The battery is never at 4.2 under load. Maybe like 3.9, but accurate regulation begins at 4.0 volts.

Anything with a lithium battery can fail, its not exclusive to e-cigs. Mech or otherwise.

Anything with a L-ion battery has the potential. Google it, laptops, cellphones have all burnt up catastrophically...

50 watts, is 50 watts. Period. Regardless of coil ohms at 50 watts, you will be drawing huge amounts of current from the battery. If in fact it can do exactly 50 watts @ .5 ohms, and 2.5 ohms the battery current would be the SAME in both cases. Coil current/voltage would be totally different...
