Silky-Don't beat yourself up, from two packs to ten analogs a day is a big deal. :) I'm also 4 weeks in, smoked a couple of analogs a day for about a week then quit and am now just vaping (but I only smoked about a half pack a day). Try this....put the pack of analogs in the trunk of your car...

Thanks for the info, side affects were something I've been wondering about. This is my 1st day vaping and also my 1st post. I'm impressed with this forum, very helpful. :-)
