I have diabetes type II , and I don't know about before , but now that I'm only using 0 nicotine , I have not seen any spikes in my blood glucose levels . And as said in an earlier , if you have this many concerns , maybe it's best if you just stop vaping . Problem solved

Welcome to ECF , but I have to second that . I use MT3's all the time , with no issues . But you can also rebuild the atty heads . I have been using a little bit of SS wick , instead of silica . Have been getting very good results with better flavor . Good Luck
