Recently purchased a Sigelei T-max from them , and had some connection issues with it . Customer service had me send it back , and sent out a replacement right away . I liked it so much , I ordered and have received another one for my wife . Keep up the great customer service .

I recently purchased a Sigelei tele Z-max from them . Had it about two weeks , when it stopped reading ohms on devices . Contacted customer service and they replaced the unit right away , no questions asked . Stellar customer service IMHO . Thanks guys
