Well, the good news is I have more batteries on the way. The bad news is, they were supposed to be "spares". Ah well. And I'll keep the charging advice in mind -- maybe these ones won't hate their existence as much as the current ones did.

It's a penstyle from epuffer. I forget what the model is? It looks like this: It does the 20 blinks, which the manual says is the battery? (It's 10 for "you've been at this for too long".) But, if I leave it for a while it'll come back to life a bit, be ok for a suck or two, then it starts...

I started at 14 and I'm 30 now. So, i guess that makes 16 years of smoking. I did quit once for 3 years, while I was pregnant and had a young baby/toddler. But once I was back at work full-time and not around him 24/7 I started again. bah..

I got a penstyle generic recently and the first battery went within a week, and now the second one is on the blink (no pun intended :cool:). What kills batteries? Is it just that they were crappy to begin with, or is it something about the way you use them, or charge them, that kills them so...

The JC flavours are much stronger than the regular, generic carts I've tried. They're delicious! :)

OK, I have now tried all of them (and have quite a bit of nicotine in my system, hehe) and my absolute favourites are: Wild Cherry, Almond Coffee Cake, Smoked Hickory. But, that said, they're all amazing! The flavour is so strong and good, the vapour is huge, there's no typical "e-cig" taste...

I just got my sample pack order today. I love it! I'm loving the smoked hickory the best -- the taste is awesome! The other ones I've tried are pretty good too. I'm about to go put in an order for the big bottles. Yum!

I just got my first mini cigarette. It's the v2 super mini (dse103). I ordered a bazillion carts with it and they all taste/smell terrible! I've tried the mint and tobacco and both have a very distinctive taste/smell that especially noticeable when the vapour comes out your nose. It's hard to...

A quick update: I got the hang of it! A fresh battery and new cartridge make all the difference too. Hooray!
