I've smoked some cigs today. I've not smoked a whole bunch of cigs today. I've vaped - and I haven't vaped. It finally dawned on me: This is not a race!!!! We'll get there when we get there - and no two people are going to accomplish it in the exact same way or the exact same time frame...
