The other question would be if this would be a disservice to our modfather. Our intentions are good - we want to get Reos into the hands of people who really want them and not to someone who will resell them for a profit. But, if someone wanted one badly enough, they would just go to his site...

Good point, Karen. I've seen it re-selling done a lot also. Another point to consider is a broker would usually get fees, which would explain the "this would cause you to be defined as a supplier." I don't know. It's probably a really gray area and would need better clarification from those...

I like Karen's idea of a Reo rescue. Especially if we know someone wants it/will want it back. Maybe a sticky of "wants" and if someone sees one that matches the description, they get it for them. Would there be anything against the rules about that?
