I use a Cisco 301 for dripping. They fit on the 510 threads perfectly. Be aware you will need a 306 driptip for it as well.

It seems to me you are doing it OK, just too many hits before adding more juice. Everyone is different but I add 2-3 drops for a new atomizer, then take 3 to 4 hits or until the taste starts to be slightly going toward burnt. Add 1 to 2 more drops and repeat.

Wow, why not buy a $6.00 atomizer and drip for testing new juices? This would eliminate any problem caused by your clearos. Sorry can't help with the vodka / th question.

The Ego 510 has another set of threads on the outside of the 510 threads. Used mostly for a cone or some clearomizers. Buy a 510 to Ego 510 adaptor and you can use any 510 tank.

I use my darwin at 7.0 w. Any higher than 8.0 and I get that burnt taste.
