You probably will need to let it steep. Don't have to do anything but let it set a week or two preferably in a place that is cool and dim. But try it right away first. If you like it it can only get better.

I'm a little odd (pretend you didn't notice) and enjoy tasting the changes a juice goes through as it ages. :) I like the form of the new bottle also. Easier to store for me. Round takes up more space. :2cool:
