Has anyone removed the metal divider between the battery and the 3ml bottle and tried an 18490 battery in it? It seems like a no brainer to me and everything should stay nice and snug in there. :blink:

Can I use an 18650 2500mah battery in a Grand or a 2900? I'm talking about protected ones. I notice the 2500mAh work although it compresses the spring pretty good because of the extended length.
