Has anybody had an issue with a failed button? Mine has been rock solid since I got it in March. Now it there is no travel and the button is VERY easy to actuate. I'm afraid to put it in my pocket.

I'd say that's a manufacturers defect. Send the pics to Evolv. They have been great about the warranty and have very good customer service. Sorry about the bad luck.

I ordered the exact same setup yesteday:). I would like to find another source for the charging cable (I've got time to wait for the boat from China). Does anybody recognize it? It's got to be available somewhere.

Well.....I soldered the connections and got the same result. I wiggled the OUT wires in an attempt to check for a cold solder joint. They appear to be well fixed. Any other suggestions? Could it be the battery? I'm using an 18500 EH IMR right now. Gonna try a AW IMR when it charges. Thanks.

The power out wires to the connector are soldered directly to the board. I'll try soldering the others. Thanks.

I guess I should also note that the wires are just twisted together. Not sure why that should matter.

Yep. There is an atomizer (2.3 ohm) and the DNA displays the resistance. But I get the check atomizer error when I press the fire button.
