My best guess would have to do with the Riva battery being a bit more than twice the size of that of the Joye 510 and it being a stronger battery aMH wise.

The Riva battery is more than twice the size of the Joye and I don't care if this makes sense to you I'm sharing my personal experience and what I get from them. :2cool:
