just a question about my flashlight mod..its a 3.7v mod..and its working but when i compared to my other 3.7v my flashlight mod seems having a low output voltage and and i dunno why..i dont have volt tester here so too bad :(..anyway why is it like that? any solution? i only used the simplest...

guys, i have tried a 510 T cylinder type atty...its hard to drag it...its brand new..and my friend also said he had same experience with it..so i dunno if we just got a broken atty or what..but its functional but hard to drag..also is there any chance to repair it so i will not waste it...
