I put a new BVC in the Nautilus yesterday. Covered the air hole and took a couple pulls to prime. It was flooded and gurgling right away which was a first for me. I ended up having to take it apart, blow out the coil and swab out the base. On my second tank and it's been trouble free since...

Columbia River sturgeon. I guess fishing wasn't expensive enough so I moved on. If e-cigs had been around at the time it would have saved me a few burn holes in the seats! The MVP would have been the perfect device on the boat. Dang! I paid $75 over a year ago!

@Dinger. Saw the link, thank you. On my second BVC with no gurgling or problems of any kind. That's my biggest complaint about the MVP, even 15 watts would have been great!

GO Seachickens! :D I put a BVC in as soon as I got the full size. Never cared for dual coils but I guess I'll have to try the BDCs it came with. Watched Rip's rebuild video of the BVC. At the end he said it gurgled (over wicking/flooding?) and had a tight draw :(. I pulled one apart...

OMG what's the silica treated with ? There's a rather large thread that disargees with you on this subject: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/rebuildable-atomizer-systems/561226-rayon-wick-better-flow-flavor-saturation-nic-hit.html I've got an old Aspire type tank and this is...

Not sure what your point is. Cotton doesn't hold up well to such treatment either. The idea is to keep it wet so it doesn't burn. Even with all my dry hit problems I haven't come close to setting it on fire. My really cheap calipers say 1/16" is smaller than 2mm. I would think you'd want a...

A dual 14500 battery VV evercool chip mod (Little Man #1) I bought from JamesW here on the forum. I have a back up clear one too. Sad to say he quit making mods. You're welcome. Don't know that I'd trust epoxy etc. either with a Russian/MVP combo! It might be time to think leather...

Check out the Smirnoff website. I think they're trying to entice kids to drink vodka with flavors.... Vodkas | Vodka Flavors | Flavored Vodka | Smirnoff "Screw you Jack I got mine" is my favorite way of putting it. From what I see the lite is the old style Aspire coils so BVCs...

You should have been in bed hours ago! Grimm did the real mini so yes it uses the new style coils. I've got the full size Nautilus with the hybrid tank and think it's great so far. I bought the mini too and haven't even opened the box yet. Nautilus Replacement Tank -Hybrid

I was beginning to wonder if you were gonna catch my drift. I thought "Man he must be tired" LOL! Edited my previous post with more info. Adding more here. You can clearly see in the lite secondary pic the old style non threaded coil. And what about the HUGE price difference between the...

The full size Silo is pictured with a Nautilus style coil. The picture of the Silo lite has an old style Aspire coil with no threading at top (sitting upside down). It's a little hard to tell through the packaging but the replacement coils for the Silo appear to be different from the Silo lite...

But that's not the Nautilus style coil. I didn't think the old style coils fit in the Nautilus or the mini because they don't have the threading at the top.

Not sure but I think this explains why I stack 18350's in my Vamo. Is it just me or does that look like the old style Aspire coil? Able to leap from a 60ft tower.... :bday: It's the BIG FIVE O girl! Treat yourself to something whether you need it...

If you're good with the MVP/EVOD set up you're way ahead of the game already! You can work on your Kayfun stuff at your leisure and really research what you want to buy next. There's lots of cool stuff out there but they all do basically the same thing as the equipment you have. I will say...
