Vaping too much gives me minor headaches and I just put it down for 15 min or so and it goes away. hmmmmmmmm.

Wow, I'm surprised to hear all the heart palp complaints. Gum and smoking for gave me hiccups at best. But I guess if I combine with alcohol consumption I would relate as that is what causes it for me. My 2cents.

Loving my ego and only stepup was LR carts and loving those. Considering VV but the price puts me off and all the experimenting. Probably step up for me was DIY juices, I can control nic content and flavor hit.

Yeah, don't fret it. I mix target 15mg and add flavouring which prob takes it down to 14-12mg depending on the flavour. I find no difference except I get to vape more of the high flavor juices without getting a nic headache which is good IMO.:vapor:

I started at 24 and took baby steps down to the 12-15mg I'm at now. Perfectly comfortable at this level but I will probably keep stepping it down over the following months (years).

About two or three weeks after quitting I was toying with the idea of having an analog until my son got into my car after just smoking one....I almost puked from the reek. That put it right out of my mind.

I had a spasm while smelling some Almond extract that I just bought in the car. Into the carpet and some on the seats. Still smells a little but it's a nice smell, so far (6 weeks). As long as it doesn't turn rancid I should be OK or I guess I got to break out the steam cleaner.:facepalm:
