    Would be an interesting discussion to have with the mfg ... maybe take a poll here ... I, for one, am willing to pay more for better / best. I think it's 304 that's a lot less expensive than 316 but still considered food safe.

    Cool ... it would be nice if they did, although I'm not really sure how important it is. I've heard it said that non-food grade SS can leech nasties over time but ... I don't know.
