I can see how this misconception would come about, PG is less viscous than VG, but it ultimately comes down to rate of consumption and not the blend.

Banning certain flavors opens up the door to banning other aspects of vaping, it is a slippery road. Like analogs, it is up to vendors to be responsible and not allow minors to purchase ecigs.
