I understand that but it wasn't being used.. It was sitting and doing nothing when it exploded. It worked fine when it was used over a week ago... Not understand why all the sudden out of literally no where it exploded.

Also it was pulled out and put in a case after I used it in June

The battery wasn't doing anything but sitting in the case in my purse... I pulled the battery out of my mini at 3.7 the charger is for those batteries, it's an xtar and has different setting. It's from a reputable supplier unless they got a bunch of fakes.. I already emailed the supplier
