Yeah I use the zenith as well as my work stealth vape. I’ve drilled out the holes because it was way too restricted. It’s much better that way for me and works great. But for home I like something much more hard hitting, relatively.
The square sub coils went from the original horizontal coils...
Sadly I think you guys are right. You’re experiences sound exactly like mine, Elvis. I LOVED my sub tank and never would have stopped using it if they didn’t change the coils. What tanks are you using these days? Your list of tanks that have worked for you mimics mine identically.
I just don’t...
Ok so I’m finding I can actually get it to wick a bit better but I have to suck on the thing like I’m trying to suck a golf ball through a garden hose. Do I really need THAT much vacuum for it to wick? I honestly am sucking as hard as I possibly can and can get to 55 watts or so. Still doesn’t...
Ok. So I just added several drops of distilled water to the tank. No change. I don’t dare go over about 3 seconds hard draw or it’ll be dry. Still must wait 10 seconds before trying again or it’s dry for sure. Still vapin at 48 watts on a 40-100 watt coil. Recommended wattage is 60-80. Tried at...
Thanks for all the help everyone. I vape somewhat restricted dl preferably. I do draw hard to try suck the liquid into the coil. I know sweet juices gunk up coils. I get a week or more in my se1 and triton coils and they are chain vapable and nice and crackley saturated the whole time. This coil...
The uwell is a 0.8 ohm coil rated for 35-55 watts. I vape it at 38-42. I’m not a cloud chaser. I’m an ex smoker who likes direct to lung but not super sub ohm/ cloud chasing which is the direction the industry has been going for years.
I do tend to buy the lowest watt rated coils available for...
Higher vg is another problem for me. Anything over 50% vg and I get dry hits on any tank I’ve got. Even my se1 and triton which both work great. But I’m not going very high in wattage. I was using a coil rated for 40-100 watts at 50 watts on the prince. Anytime I’ve tried higher vg in any of my...
All over. Reputable sources online in Canada as well as local vendors. But again, all coils I’ve ever gotten for my se1 have been great. Also my aspire triton has never let me down but it doesn’t quite “do it” for me. I’m doing something wrong, I’m sure, I just can’t fathom what. After 8 years...
I’ve been vaping since 2011. Been through a few dozen tanks and mods etc. I’m sure you understand. I’m having a huge problem with all of the sub tanks everyone else loves these days. I thought it was the tanks. But it just can’t be the tanks that all have the same problem so it has to be me. So...
Anyone else have this mod? Just got it as a stealth vape at work to replace my istick pico. I've seen several places that list pass through as a feature. Mine does not have pass through though. Anyone know what the deal is there? When plugged in and hitting the fire button I get a "charging, no...
Yeah there are some. It seems the tanks are all much larger though. The nautilus holds 5ml but most of the sub ohm tanks that hold that much are much larger. I'd certainly look in to any suggestions. I have a full size subtank but getting a silo beast to replace that for home use. Can't stand...
I've been using my nautilus tanks for stealthier (quieter, less vapor) for work etc. for a loooong time. Just wondering if anything new and improved has come out in that category? The nautys work fine but I'm just curious if anything new like that even exists these days.
Yes but the $50 mods will be replaced repeatedly. I have about 15 mods. All of the $50 mods are retired due to switch failure or some other failure. I have a Hana, a vaporshark, and two provaris. All of which still work flawlessly. Even the 3 year old provari. I don't think I've ever had a $50...
You certainly can't use the same switch though. You'll need some heavy duty mechanical short. The fire switch in regulated mods are probably only rated at 3 amps max, most likely 500mA.
