    nicotine and caffeine.....weird anxiety issue.

I have also cut way back on my sugar intake since I gave up the analogs. I'm approaching my 1 Year Anniversary {Smoke Free} :w00t: and over the last few months I have had to slow down on my coffee consumption and the last 4 weeks I've had to cut it out all together. I noticed my heart was racing...

problem after 6 month of vaping can a veteran help me

I have the same issues with PG. It irritates my throat and makes me cough. I can handle maybe 20 - 25% PG mixed with VG and that's about it.

Face and skin care after quitting analogs

Lack of oxygen/circulation from smoking can cause skin problems. Drink plenty of fluids, exercise and find a good moisturizer. I like all natural products, even more so now that I no longer smoke because I want to avoid chemicals not only in cigarettes but in lotions and cremes too. I am...

My Story: I want to hear your thoughts!

I really enjoyed reading your story. E-cigs are the only thing that ever helped me to quit analogs, FOR GOOD! I made many failed attempts through the years, tried the gum, dietary changes (never tried Chantix tho - thankfully) but nothing ever worked. I wasn't even planning on quitting when my...

    Backwoods juice and steeping

Steeping definitely makes a difference. When I make my own juice, if it tastes good to start with, as the days go the flavor becomes more pronounced. It's the same principle as food when we marinate.

    Hobby lobby Lorann ????

I picked up a few of the LA flavors at our local craft shops, one being "Butter Rum". It mixed well but I had to use quite a bit to taste it, probably 20%. The "Root Beer" flavoring was also pretty good, but I'm not one for root beer ejuice.

    Is 80PG/20VG the "standard"

I am making the switch from "darker" colored juices because I too have been finding that my hardware gets affected. The VG if it's too thick won't wick properly, but I'm talking 100% VG. At least that's been my experience without thinning.

How do you vape your 100% VG?

I've been using the dual coil cartos in my tanks, and that is something else to consider when using VG, the batting has to soak up the liquid. When I use a clearo carto that doean't use any batting inside, it wick much quicker because it doesn't have to soak through. :p

How do you vape your 100% VG?

I keep hearing it mentioned to use Everclear for thinning, but where can you get it? I checked at our local state store and they told mE that they stopped selling it here in PA years ago!

    Best VG juices and where?

Hi Yorkiegirl1, I am DIYing my own too because I need to stick with VG. How do you thin your VG down and with what? I'm experiemnting quite a bit right now and would love input on what others do for the thinning process. VG with the added flavors even with 15% flavoring is still to thick for my...

    PG, VG, PEG Pros/Cons Questions

I noticed that too! Some of the vendors I've patronized, their juices have quite a bit of PG, and it seems they get used up very quickly. Now, those juices where I've specifically ordered straight VG, they last me longer. I've noticed (as of late) that I can't handle too much PG any more. It...

    TFA's shelf life question

Has anyone ever refrigerated TPA flavors? This would probably prolong their freshness.

    Anybody else lose weight vaping?

I can see how you could be losing weight. I'd rather vape than munch on snacks. My weight has pretty much stayed the same since I've started vaping.

Comment by 'CaramelCathy' in 'Perfumers Apprentice flavors A - M review'

Great work here Little Girl! I really like that you have listed your impressions based on the individual flavors alone rather than a mix. I just received some more TPA flavors and I'm just itching to give them a whirl. I mixed up some TPA Belgian Waffle 10% last week using VG and it...

    Doctors visit regarding COPD

I have been reading this thread with interest! I want to congratulate everyone who gave up smoking. I know that everyone who smokes will eventually develop COPD if something else doesn't develop first. This was the reason I quit. I am in my 40's and I knew that eventually COPD would be in my...

    go back to smoking

The most difficult part of giving up analogs is the first week. I really had no intention to quit when I did either. I just happened upon an e-cig, tried it and liked it. I cut way down on analogs the first week, and the 2nd week I kissed analogs goodbye, for good! My breathing improved...
