How is your colored boxes (red, blue, green) holding up with daily use? Im thinking between black or red box, and i've heard that the black one is more sturdier.

I dont see no reason why not to use lithium batteries, IF you know they can put out enough amps for your needs. I know what kind current i need for my boge cartos, but i also know that im not able to use dual coils with the icr batteries.. But of course if you dont know the batteries amp limit...

Needless to say that trustfire batteries are poor quality, and if you try to use them im guesssing that the batteries protection circuit kicks in.. But im using AW ICR 18500 Li-ion batteries all the time with my mini (with extension). Those ICR batteries can put out 3A of current, which is good...

I believe the cap is the same.

I had the blue led before this, and the blue is more pale to my eye. I like the green better. Here's another picture to demonstrate :)
