If you're not using the AW battery Zen recommends, shame on you! Get some magnetic spacers from COV. depends on what battery your using. Shouldn't be a prob if you use what Zen recommends, but different batteries have slightly different lengths..

Since I had it out anyway, I reamed it one size up with a precision drill bit. Warmed it in some boiling water and stuck it back in. The grommet that is. Stuck a 325 in there, wrapped it around the blunt syringe filler needle, then tightened it up, and it went in a LOT easier. Topped off...

The wick was pretty new. Less than a half tank of liquid through it. Well I've been playing with it for 5 hours or so. Used 4 or 5 wicks in that time. Trying to get them through the hole, not so bad with the 400, but a beast with the 325. I just couldn't roll a 325 small enough to fit in...

Yup, rolled a wick and got it in the hole. Are you using the 400 mesh or the 325? The 325 should wick faster right?
