How many milli amps does 1 atomizer use? So I can use 3.7v or 6.0v and the milli amps stays the same on BOTH voltages?

I am making a MOD using a 3 1/2inch flashlight. Problem is that I do not know what to cut the "piece (PCB ,etc)" that the battery connector fits into. The size is just under 1inch. And it is ofcourse a circle shape.

I was getting a hard draw. Its barable though. So I took a penknife and made the hole bigger. Then the battery did not light up, only if you draw hard. So instead of thowing the atomizer away, I took some tape and covered a bit of the hole. Now the draw is better and the bat. lights anyone?
