I agree that walmart's humco VG doesnt have an off taste. Although I've never tried VG from wizard labs or any other place besides walmart and cvs, so I can really be a good judge. But I can be a judge of my flavors and well, they're pretty good.

I find that higher VG in an RBA works soo much nicer. Youre producing so much vapor with an RBA that too much PG can be really harsh. 50/50 mixes that were great in cartos are not as pleasurable with my RBA. Now I mix at 70vg/30pg and I get great flavor and great clouds on both my RBA and RDA.

I measure with the plunger, when edge thats touching the sides is right on the line. I think this is the most accurate. When I dont try and compensate and pull the plunger to the line is when I get my most accurate measurements.
