    I need help trying to get a response from your customer service. My order seems to be half canceled and I cant seem to get a response from you. I have sent 4 emails no reply. What's happening your end?? I have no idea what you have charged for half my order as I paid for the full order.

    Okay I have read a number of posts and one question is why are people waiting so long to complain. I had been dealing with her for a long time and it was nothing to wait 3 or 4 months to get my order so of course although I wasn't happy with this it was the only place I could get my all day...

    Okay I just went onto her site and it says she is supplying juice to some stores. So I went to one of them and have emailed to see if in fact she is still operating. Her site is fully up and running and taking orders. Dragon Warrior

    I have had the same problem with 2 of my Provari 2 Mods. Exactly the same response i.e. springs etc but I also have 2 Mods I can't use. Such a shame as MY Provari 1 had no problems. Very disappointed in there response which hasn't fixed the problems.DRAGON WARRIOR
