    There is a difference between hydrating and rehydrating. Trust me, I never drink water on a daily basis. Honestly, I drink coffee and soda all day so obviously it is keeping me hydrated. But, if I needed rehydration then I would need to drink an unhealthy amount of soda and coffee to catch up...
