Tesla Sidewinder II Battery: Anyone tried one?

I was a little disappointed with the Spider II I bought; too long, odd diameter tube, tube feels flimsy & hollow, and volt adjustment wheel is loose & tends to wander off the setting. I'm giving it to a former vaper who has come back to us.

    Tips and Tricks

Great tip; wish I'd read this first-just ordered my first batch of DIY supplies (nic base, flavors, 2 extra syringes) should've ordered more syringes & extra needles.

    yeay! more Mainers!

I would very much like to have a meetup, I've suggested it a few times, but it's tough making it happen; part of the problem is communication-this is not a very good way; anybody want to set up a FB page for Maine vapers? I wouldn't know how to even start one.

    Welcome! Please introduce yourself.

Hey everybody; I haven't been here in awhile-good to see more folks posting here; I know us Maine vapers are few & far between, and putting together some kind of meetup is problematic at best, but I'd still like to see it happen; sucks that there's no stores & damn few vendors in Maine-then...

    Would you ever use them?

Personally, I prefer manual-hovever, I'd like to see someone come up with a 'semi-auto'; push the button, start drawing, release the button, device stops firing as soon as you stop drawing.

    smallest 18350 mod?

I got a Squire a couple weeks ago-I usually prefer VV, but I really like this unit; paired with a tank with a 1.7 ohm carto, it vapes very well; only drawbacks are no on/off switch, and the battery tends to slap from side to side unexpectedly (cured that problem with a couple strips of sticky...

bolt or similar 3.7 mod vs my spinner help!

I've had good luck with the mini lavatube I've had for a year now (was on sale for $35) I've also had good luck recently with products from Smoke Revolt; they have a mini LT (they call it the 'Pauldron') it's at $44.99 right now, but they're always dropping the prices on their PV's so if you...

    Local Vape Shops?

Did not know that; I've only ordered from them twice, about a year ago-both times I could've walked there faster than it came by mail:blink:

    Local Vape Shops?

None that I'm aware of; I know of 2 vendors here in Maine, reosmods in Alfred and Ms.Ts in Boothbay Harbor, but as far as I know they're just internet sales, no storefront. I really wish there was, especially in Southern Maine between Portland & Augusta-I'd be there all the time!

bump evertime you buy something new...

Just got the 'Squire' from smokerevolt.com; great little 18350 pv, satin nickel finish, eGo-threaded, well made, works great, flat top batteries move around inside a bit but still work (no misfires) could do with an on/off switch, but it's currently on sale for $13.99 (reg. price $21.99)

Looking for a small mechanical Mod i can run a kicked 18350 in.

After a really good experience with the SmokeRevolt Squire, I'll second the recommendation for the Xcalibur. There's a great vid of it on Youtube.

Let down by the ego twist.

The Twists work for me because I have 2 Twists & a mini lavatube each set up with a different flavor and I switch between the three, so I get a couple days before I have to charge the Twists and change the battery in the mlt; however I don't think the Twist would be a good choice fore a sole...

    Welcome! Please introduce yourself.

I work a rotating schedule of days/shifts, but I'm sure I can work something out if I have a head start; I've never been there, but I checked out the Novare Res website-looks good; I'm in.

    Welcome! Please introduce yourself.

Hi Zach! Welcome to the (very quiet) Maine State Vapers section of the ECF! And hello to you M4J, haven't heard from you in awhile; I'd still like to see a get-together of Maine vapers someday. I know it's hard, we're few & far apart, but I think it would be a lot of fun, and once we get the...

    Migraine Be Gone!

Glad to hear vaping helped with your migraines; unfortunately it hasn't helped mine-my trigger is being very very tired, and vaping can't help with that, although it's much more pleasant vaping with a migraine than smoking. I don't get much pain, but I do get the visual & hearing sensitivity and...

    Fog machine and straight vg

Right now at Lowe's we have fog machines and pint bottles of premix fog solution. I was hoping they'd set up a working display-I'd be like "If you have that going then you have to let me vape in the store!" (they included ecigs in their no smoking policy)

    Welcome! Please introduce yourself.

OMG, another Maine vaper! Hi corvus! I swear, Mainers are the champion stealth vapers-I can count the number of vapers I've seen on one hand, but I know they're out there; and welcome to the ECF-lot of good folks here, and a lot of good info; and if you haven't already, come join Vapers Lounge...

Describe your first experience with e-cigs or the first time you ever saw one?

A year ago my wife bought a SmokeTip kit from our local tobacco shop; well, I had to try it-I was intrigued, although I didn't care for the flavor and the kit seemed way overpriced to me ($60) I went looking online, rolled the dice on a $10 starter kit from VaporNine-ding ding ding! we have a...
