i agree with the 2 minutes. i call them "triggers". when you have a trigger, if you're in a place where you can smoke, you smoke. if you're not, it goes away and comes back in a little while, goes away, comes back, etc. but with vaping, when i have a trigger, i just vape and the trigger...
