Voltage doesn't raise with a lower resistance, only current does. if you have a 3.7 volt battery with a 2.6 ohm load (i think thats what volt cartos are) thats about 1.4 amps of current. the lowest resistance cartos ive seen for 808 is 2 ohms, which only brings it up to about 1.9-2 amps...
