    Its great that you do that. I startet vaping and quit smoking on january 13. Had astma but now i dont need to take my medecine anymore.

    I started smoking when I was 14 years old. In my early 30s I had managed to smoke my way to astma. After I started vaping instead of smoking my astma is almost gone.

    you put the needle in the tiny hole on top of the bottle hold it upsidedown and then fill the syringe thats how i do it
