Is .80ml with a slight air pocket at the end, as recommended by Joye. 0.85 takes it all the way to the hole. 0.90 overfills and rubs down the side. I use medical syringes to fill and they are very accurate. I just dont see how they can be 1.1ml.

I've looked and can't find the answer. If a juice is labelled as 24 or 18mg ( or whatever) how much nicotine is in each draw? The mg of nic is based on what? Is it 24mg per 1ml? Or is it another measure?

This isn't what you pay, what you have paid in the past or whom has the best prices. How high do you go before you would walk and find a new supplier? For me, I am new, but of all the supplier prices I have seen so far I don't think I would go over $20 for 30ml of nic juice.
