Why not use less mesh and fill it with stainless wool?

Yup jig up and use a plunge router if you want the inside cavity to be square chisel the corners out afterwards.

I'd add a pass-through, its great being able to chill at your pc without worrying about replacing your batts. O and figure out how to get juice you'll be out before you know it.

Where are you getting juice? If you shop around you should be able to get something you like pretty cheap. I definitely see savings but when I first started it did not seem to be the case, then again smokes are 7.50 where I live and about to go up to 8.50.

Thats odd I was under the impression that the screwdriver has only one thing that can fail, the switch which is fairly cheap. I run 1.6ohm on my alpha ultra max and ego batts with not issue. I would get a new switch for the screwdriver and try again.
