Now we have a new cycle battery and set up. Had one comment on utube saying its not a good idea. Seems to work just fine.
What do you think.
No power.
Computer don't work
Laptop ran out.
cannot charge your ecig, 18650's or 18350's
I can charge this off my solar panel system easily enough...
Just ordered one today. Will probably need links to good wick material for replacement time, if ny1 would be so kind. This will be my first mesh type atomizer. I did buy the RA tank and could never get it to, not taste burnt. Hope this one works out better. thanks and great price.
What a remarkable difference from silica wick. Different flavor but maybe cleaner.
I used nichrome and NR wire, just twisting the two together and then only one solder spot on the air shaft.
This is a modified RA tank, which I purchased from a member here. I did not like the upper chamber where...
yes. need a big box though. Two 18650 work. At least on my test set up. Im waiting to find the right box to fit it all in. I bought a hammond aluminum box and it was not big enough so went without it. Will be showing it when it is decorated by an extremely good artist. It has a digi display two...
Very nice you are vey creative. I just finished one basic, but with a nice grip on it. So I will show you. It also shows the insides for those of you who were interested.
With a quick peek at the bemorphy box, another dual 18650 vv box I did and am going to have a professional design put on it...
I bought one from madvapes. When I went to solder the wires on, the post melted out of the housing making it useless. I soldered for a living. I was amazed at that happening so be careful with that switch.
thanks you guys. here are a few good links to check out that I have come across. I have a few ideas with all of these and maybe you would too.
push button and instructions one on order now.
cool little switch got a few small round magnets for this puppy. Gonna be fun to try.
battery...
took at least two weeks to get it in the mail. so be patient. I would rather order items from USA.
Yah the red seems too stark and common, Blue is nice but i opted for this and like it. good luck JR
That is like the one I got. My problem with putting it in my box is threefold.
1. To mount it so the display is showing to the utside of the box it would cover those small blue input output connectors.
2. there is a button to switch between input volts and output volts. Small white one. So a...
Here is a cool little switch that I ordered. I also got some nice little magnets to compliment it here but there are plenty of places to get magnets.
If it is a short metal led switch you like I finally found one here, it looks really short and I have not ordered one yet.
This is the shortest...
think I got it now, only too late. It does absolutely zilch now on the led part. Still acts as a switch, so I must of burnt out the led I suppose. Anyway, that and a burnt out vv board I am not having the greatest of luck with electronics. I do believe now that the + and - symbol are for the led...
Yep that is how I did it. Was checking things with my meter and fried the vv chip some how so that project is done, unless I get another one, but with it not working the first time, I Don't think I will order a new one. Maybe the pot was bad who knows no way to test it again. AND I did get two...
i tried this with the 200 ohm resistor. The pot would only adjust from 6v to 7 volts there about. I expected something like 3 or so to around 7. Batts in series. How does yours adjust and what was wrong with mine?
I have looked all over to find a definite answer in language that I can understand.
I am no dope but simple things seem to perplex me more and more.
Here is my switch:
It is a momentary switch. I want to use it to fire my atty.
Power source is 2 18650 in series, through a step down adjustable...
I would like to know where u got the nice fire switch and how you wired it. I have one on order but it may be too big to fit my box. Yours looks like it is shorter and would work better for my application. Wiring in? The switch does not need a resistor for the led? Thanks
Thank you. Now vaping directly off the sola panel is quite impossible. Just not enough current. It is the board that makes it even remotely possible to vape. I believe it is do able but not as it sits. Will keep trying, although it will probably work better at night lol.
