    Button Amp Loads

The Rds-on is far too high. You'll be burning off tons of heat across it. This one is more than you'll ever need in every spec and is at a decent price to boot: IRLB3034PBF International Rectifier | Mouser

    300W 60A VV box

Part of the problem is surface area. The coils simply need to be bigger or they scorch the juice even when flooded. I have a 28.5mm tobh clone coming, so we'll see if I can make something that'll be really vapeable at 300W. It's mostly academic though. That much wattage isn't really my bag...

    300W 60A VV box

One difference between them, and you may have to correct me on this concerning the Raptor version, is the Delta board doesn't need any external caps. There are copious capacitors on the input and output traces and the spec sheet doesn't mention them at all.

    300W 60A VV box

This was definitely an example of "because I can". I started seeing 40A mods and said ".... it, I'm going full ......". I really like the thing, terrible battery life aside. I have a horribly-drawn wiring diagram, but I'll try to make a good one sooner or later. My main vape tonight though? My...

    300W 60A VV box

Haha I didn't blow myself up and it's actually working very well. At 1500mAh, the battery life is exactly as abysmal as you probably imagine when running at 300W. I went to a vape shop in Memphis and they built up a .077 dual coil setup and I cranked it up to 4.9V. It was almost impossible to...

    300W 60A VV box

Hi folks! I bought this Delta Electronics D12S300-1 board recently, which is similar to the 300W GE Raptor chip. The pinout is basically the same as the Raptor and OKR for that matter, though there are multiple input, output and ground pins. I wired them all for the sake of current carrying...

18650 recomendations for DNA30 NOT LOW OHM

According to the spec sheet, the max input current is 12A, so a 15A cell will give you that plus a little wiggle room. A 30A cell will perform better (less voltage drop, closer actual capacity to advertised mAh), and they're not that much more than other cells. DNA30 Data Sheet

    How to measure battery sag

Are you talking about the drop during a vape? If so, you can use a digital multimeter and clip the leads to the atomizer posts with a coil built if you have a dripper or other atty with exposed posts. you should see normal battery voltage without firing, and some kind of drop when firing. Easy day.

    Mech fire button heating up

A hot button without anything else being unusually hot means you have a resistance somewhere in your switch mechanism. Think of that resistance as another atomizer in series with the one you're vaping on, stealing watts. I couldn't begin to tell you what to look at specifically, as I don't know...
