Do you know if it would hurt? The only ingredients is: PG, water, color and propylparaben. Not sure if it's safe or if people do it and it's ok.

I started out with dripping in an atty, but found carto's have a better taste and are easy. Fill it then go, but its all on what works for you. I would try different ones until you find what is best for you.
