Don't quite agree with the "eyeball" methodology. I use 100mg/ml base and a little off can mean quite a bit of difference. I guess if you're using low nic pre-mixed base there's more of a safety margin but folks should never take for granted that nicotine is toxic.

I mix right in the bottle and then run it through 2 heated cycles in the ultrasonic (shaking in between and after). The let sit a couple days shaking occasionally when I remember to.

Nope, the beauty of a pure mech. You can dip the to whole thing in juice and it'll clean up good as new. I had an atty completely dump into my CW when I had the orings out of the button housing (NOT recommended but does allow bottom air atties to sit flush and breath through the battery tube)...
