Finally talked with the company and the only thing they said is for me to send the batteries and cart and let them test the cart, and if it is bad they will go from there. Of course they want me to pay to ship it to them. Never ending.

Yeah, I use to go outside and light an analog up at the same time as somebody else, and I would just engulf the thing. I'm done with my analog, and my buddy/co-worker/or whoever it may be, is not even half way through theirs. I killed the analogs, long hard drags. Don't miss those days at all.
