I saw this today, CE9 3ml Bottom Wicked Tank and Replacement Cartomizers. Is this a new tank that I can use by screwing in any cartomiser I'd like?

The name just seems out of place with other juices being given proper names such as Vanilla, coffee, chocolate, etc. The name sounds more like it came from a chemistry lab. Anyone know the story behind the name?
