I have a preferance for 70 PG 30 VG for an overall best flavor and vapor! But that varies from one person to another! As far as i know the steeping time is the same. But you have to know that VG does have muted flavor compared to PG but with more vapor. That's why the mix is perfect!

They do have a menthol flavor but i don't think it's exactly like the newport flavor!
