i had positive experience in the past with 24g 316l and wanted to try a sturdier wire (my favorite is 22awg kanthal that gives me fantastic flavor). The problem is that the flavor i get from this wire is not as good as expected. Is it possible that smaller awg ss produces less flavor? Anyone has...
