Looking to buy a vv -- any suggestions appreciated.

That looks nice. I've been having some air flow issues using a BDC glassomizer on my provari, and the video review of that Sigelei looks like it's designed with better ventilation. It's also a lot cheaper.

Looking to buy a vv -- any suggestions appreciated.

I tried an Ego Twist first to make sure I liked variable voltage before getting anything more expensive. I was curious about the ProVari, and having recently received a large amount of cash as a gift, I bought one. That was over a year ago and it's still working great even though I drop it at...

POST #2 Your Top 5 Juice vendors.

Vapedudes is the only one I use these days, but I liked ECBlends for the ability to make up my own flavors. The reason I only use one vendor is because there's basically only one flavor I use and that's their Vanilla Mint. I've tried to branch out, but I can't take more than a few puffs of...

How long did it take you to quit smoking?

I was able to stop smoking almost immediately after I started vaping, but I did feel sick after two days without cigs and needed one or two to get over that hump. I wasn't a heavy smoker though, at about 6-10 cigarettes a day, so my experience may not be the same as others.

Discussion of Vaping During an Interview

I thought this thread was going to be a discussion of whether or not you should vape during an interview.

    Provari user, 1 year later...

Durability is the number one reason I like my Provari. I think it's too big and heavy for my hands, and the only reason I like VV is to get a cooler vape rather than a hotter one. The thing is, I'm clumsy and I drop stuff. I drop my PVs all the time and up to this point the only one still...

Why do so many people dislike Provari's?

We're getting a lot of stores around here like Vapoligy and ElectronicStix. According to a news article, we're up to 20 or so stores, though I find that hard to believe. "Ecigs in Downtown Boise will celebrate a year in business this month. It was among the first vape shops to open in the...

Why do so many people dislike Provari's?

I was just sad that they didn't stick around to talk. I don't meet many vapers "in the wild." Then again, someone who cares enough about models and brand names to end a conversation probably wouldn't have been a pleasant person to talk to anyway.

Why do so many people dislike Provari's?

They got a pretty good look at it before I handed it to them. It was pretty clear that the issue occurred when they turned it sideways and read the label. They were probably using a lavatube, so mine wasn't much larger.

Why do so many people dislike Provari's?

I was surprised the first time I experienced the stigma against ProVari users. I was vaping at a bar when someone approached me to talk about e-cigs. They asked to see my PV, then said, "Ohhh... you're one of THOSE vapers" and went back to their friends. I didn't understand what they...

DEAL of the YEAR! Anyvape Davide KING Top Fill BDC Glassomizer Version One - Its Available Now and Comes with 2 Aspire Heads

I'm not sure I want to admit how long it took me to figure out how to put everything back together, but it can lock/unlock correctly now. The ring was jamming up the works which is why it didn't turn correctly.

DEAL of the YEAR! Anyvape Davide KING Top Fill BDC Glassomizer Version One - Its Available Now and Comes with 2 Aspire Heads

I think I figured it out. I decided to take it apart before finishing the tank, just draining the juice into a shot glass. There's a small plastic o-ring jammed where it shouldn't be. Going to try to remove it with tweezers, but I'm pretty sure that'll fix the problem.

DEAL of the YEAR! Anyvape Davide KING Top Fill BDC Glassomizer Version One - Its Available Now and Comes with 2 Aspire Heads

Either I did something wrong when I first got it, or I got one that isn't working as it should. I could not get it to unlock. I tried turning the drip tip (pushing in, getting it lined up with the grooves) and then pulled it off and turned the stem thing every which way and nothing. After I got...

    Awesome New Stuff, SI!

I started out with Smokeless Image products but hardly used any of it after getting a Provari over a year ago. Lately, however, I've been wanting a cig-sized unit for when I'm driving or whenever I don't want to look like I'm sucking on a flashlight. My biggest issue with the cig-sized units...

    Your Provari's ADVoltage?

I use Vivi Novas. I've been using them for a year with the same flavor with the same Provari. It doesn't make sense for things to change suddenly unless there's a problem (I haven't changed how I vape, for instance). If the old atomizers are also burning the liquid (and didn't before), and...

    Your Provari's ADVoltage?

It think it's the battery. I checked several different components, as well as trying a backup PV (don't know why I didn't think of that earlier). A different battery in the Provari allows up to 3.7 volts without burning the liquid and vapes about the same as a Volt from SI. Sorry for hijacking...

    Your Provari's ADVoltage?

The atomizers are marked indicating 2.8. The Provari built in meter says 2.6 for a second, then sits at 3.0. I just tried the 3rd atomizer from the batch and it doesn't seem quite as bad, but it's still running pretty hot at 3.5 volts (it also checks at 3.0 with the built in meter). I'll try to...

    Your Provari's ADVoltage?

Is it possible for a Provari to start running at higher volts than what it's set at? I always use the same flavor with 2.8 ohm atomizers and I tend to prefer ranges from 3.7 - 4.2, but something's changed. I can no longer set it any higher than 3.1 without burning the liquid. It's more than just...

Best e-cig device irrespective of cost

I started with the small cig-look-alikes, moved on to some medium sized devices, and ended up with a Provari about six months later. It's a nice device that's been able to withstand my clumsy habit of dropping it at least twice a day. The only drawback is the size and weight. I've grown more...

How much have you spent on devices to date ?

I've probably spent close to a thousand or more, but thankfully, the spending spree has drastically waned since my first six months of getting everything figured out. I ordered a bunch of supplies last Christmas and only now had to order more supplies costing $60 total (5 atomizer heads, a...
