I would like to know more about your gizmo. I see the chuck head and a few other bits that I recognize. Could you maybe post a video of your gizmo being used so that I can better understand what it is you are doing with it. Thank you in advance for any time or effort you take in benefitting my...
Super_X_Drifter,
Good to see you still active, I have been on a long break from all my web friends and acquaintances. I use anything from 32g all the way to 22g if it works right for the application. My typical build is a 28g dual coil on a fine thread pattern on a metric 2.4mm machine screw 4...
I even gave in a couple times only to tell the person that I bummed a cig from that I was sorry I asked and attempt to give it back after pinching it out.

Best of luck and thanks for sharing.:2c:
VAPE ON!
Is on topic due to the 1.5 mm ID 7 wrap 30 GA single coil.
However I just finished a project and wanted to share my tinkering with the forum. A hand made squonk box with a spare slot for the DNA 30 whenever I get it. :)...
I found the mini scar to have the required center post hollow and two holes in the post in the build platform the lower is being used for e-juice to pass with the upper being used as a wire trap. This thing is sweet!
Googly eyes added by friends, left on seems to be a nice touch for something...

Still yet more to...
Sanding it and shaping it.
Colored off camera...
Coated with a light mist of clear coat to help preserve and protect it without stopping the natural wear patters from appearing on it. :)
I took an interest in building my own mod and decided it should be a squonker with space for a DNA mod to be added at a later time.
I used light wook that you can purchase in small quantities at hobby shops Birch or some other light and relatively durable will do. I used Cool Aid for wood stain...
Hey all, it's been a while since I posted anything. Been kinda busy...
I thought it might be helpful to many people just starting out if they could see the tools used to do quality builds consistently.
** the mandrel measures 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm and 5mm.
1.5 mm I.D. with 28 Gage Kanthal on Trident RBA 1.6 Ohm final.

I think the point may be to keep her on the ropes so she knows that CASAA is ready if she changes tac. Like sailing ships politicians are always changing direction, the difference is you can trust a sailing ship.
Here I am posting with the big boys.. been lurking here on and off for a while. :matrix:
Finally broke down and got a mechanical mod so I could do some more aggressive builds. Picked up a Trident Atty.
Won't post the images here, did a full expose in the...
