After almost a year of full-time vaping, I still have crazy dreams and sweating. I have come to realize this happens when I vape a lot before bedtime. The same thing used to happen to me when slept with a nicotine patch on.

If I have 24 mg nicotine juice, is 20 drops (or 1 ml) equal to 24 mg? If I put 10 drops in the cart every time I refill and I vape that entire cart througout the day, did I just vape 12 mg?

I was thinking the exact same thing so I had to test it on a tightly fitting penstyle cart/atty combo. I realized that there may be some idea that if your cart doesn't fit tight, you may want to wrap your mouth around the atty with the entire cart in your mouth to try and stop too much vapor...
