I was vaping at 5v and noticed the top of my tube heating up and my battery drained from 4.2 to 3.8v very quickly. Should I send it back to Apollo or is this normal?

It is heating up in the upper portion of the tube where the electronics are housed, but I am vaping at 5v is this normal ?
