Hello ,new to forum ,love the comments.As a long long time smoker [hate to even write or say the number out loud].I'm 53 so you do the math lol.Bought a kit after extensive reading,trust me the lady friend was upset! Its been 5days and 9hrs and no cravings,just the mental side first couple days...
