i am using ECHO with watermalon flavor :)

i want to buy the Vision Clearomizer with long WICK, this prodact: http://www.healthcabin.net/index.php...oducts_id=8028 and i want to know how much time it last? 1 month or more? do i need to clean or replace the WICK? if so, when do i need to do so, every day or more? please advise, thank you.
