Got my ZAP also. Was thinking 2 but decided to just go for 1... figure with the way it is now, it won't be too difficult to pick up another one should I need it and I already have more stuff than I know what to do with. Now I need need to keep my eyes on the ZAU and the zen mini :)- wasabi5858

You have to use them, they insulate the positive pole from the negative tank tank assembly. It being plastic is really the only part that won't last forever... so it is good to have since it is possible for it to wear down. late but since I took the pic already here are 2 different kind of spacer I have for pila I like the bigger one better, no need to screw in so quicker to work with. I believe that is from super t and the skinny one that require screw in is from provapte.- wasabi5858

yup, even tho I have 3 provari that test ohm, I enjoy that same ohm tester (bought from elsewhere). I also got a voltage indicator for mech mods. Tho the drop off is usually significant enough to not need it, it is still neat. haven't bother with the fuse. may get a few just for that peace of...- wasabi5858

I don't know if one ever get a genesis "right"... sort of you can always make it better? Mine are working great, but even among my various DIDs, some are just a tiny bit better and I am sure even they can be better in skilled hands. could be just because it is thicker that it has less flex thus possibly less vibration or whatever when electricity pass through it? seem too minor for our use. I haven't had much luck with the thicker 30 tho... seem harder to coil around. I should start using it more.- wasabi5858

sending email to Jim will not help. once he sends it out, in 2-3 days it arrives in NY custom and then you are at its mercy. 2 days, 20 days... who knows... sit back and relax, even tracking number won't help you since it will never update from NY sorting center till 3 days after you...- wasabi5858

I can't answer your question, but I decided to make life easier for me by going all AW IMR. they are not protected but supposedly have the safest chemistry so that's what I am sticking with. my spares- wasabi5858
