Could you just make a unit to place in between the carto/addy/tank/whatever which lit up and the mod? You would have to account for the added resistance, but that would allow you to light up any tank you wanted.

In bed at night hitting the addy when you run out and you have to turn on the light to drip more...

I have two of these a 900 and a 1000 and the size difference is minimal. First non-minis I bought and I've been through a lot since. They really have a nice feel to them and the clicky feel of the button is perfect.
