first of all i think you really have to be mentally prepared to quit. one trick i do though that really helps me alot is i vape 0mg all day long, litteraly i do it all day for the habbit and on my breaks at work or when ever i need a hit ill vape 12mg so i get a head rush. it actually works...

its all organic so that why i think they charge more. honestly their juice is really good, has a lot of flavor but i noticed the 50/50 is a little watered down so it burns really fast. for me i still buy their juices because its full of flavor! some juices are worth the extra $$$
